When was the last time you saw Batman rip out someone's spinal cord out of their body? It might as well be Pokemon vs Mortal Kombat. This just doesn't mix at all! Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe: Yay or Nay? All right, recently I looked up Mortal Kombat, which I haven't heard from since Armageddon (I didn't know how many people disliked MK7...). I heard of MK8 and found out that is MK VS DC. I've got mixed feelings on this, since I really don't think DC's the best choice for any video game/comic crossover (save for Batman and Superman lol) but then again it sounds interesting. As far as putting them with Mortal Kombat, I'm feeling seriously skeptical, since I don't think there will be any Fatalities, but instead some sort of "finisher moves". I know there's also little blood in too and such things make up Mortal Kombat's exisitance. But then again, I guess worse could happen, so I'm trying to remain positive. (Example: If V from "V for Vendetta" is in this, I'm buying it. Yes, V belongs to DC.) I'm hoping it's good because I know that it's really sounding weird as it is already. Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe? Seriously!? Just from the title you know it's going to be a great game. And it is an excellent game. close kombat and free fall kombat are pretty cool. Along with the things people do when they win a match and it says "So-in-so wins" and the flash runs around all that cool junk. These mistakes even make up for the fact that there aren't weapons for everybody, just Deathstroke and Baraka. But wait, there are only 22 people, and two of them are Deathstroke and Baraka? Not to mention the appearances of Kano and Darkseid. Here's another problem. MAJOR I mean MAJOR Mortal Kombat characters are not in this game like Johnny Cage and Goro. And frankly I've never heard of Deathstroke or Darkseid. If they wanted some all powerful villain for the DC Universe to merge with Shao Kahn, why not pick Doomsday? Instead of Dark Khan, you could have Shao Doom. But why are did they put minor DC villains into the game when there so many cooler major villains left out? Who wants to see a Mr. Freeze vs. Sub Zero Showdown? I do. But I could get past all of this, because I'm pretty sure they'll have downloadable characters. So I looked up this whole Downloadable character thing, and it turns out in all the forums, I'm pretty alone on this. I read specifically that people did not want Johnny Cage or Mr. Freeze. They want more minor villains that no one has ever heard of! This is a travesty!!!!!!!! your thoughts?

Mortal Kombat V.S. DC Universe...? I would like to hear your opinions about this. It is an actual game, personally I think it is kind of odd, but intriguing. Coming out around November for the 360 and PS3, rated T for teen. Source: Game Informer, #185 It does have fatalities, but some (if not all) do not actually kill. I do not understand why they call it fatality, but the reason why it is so. DC has multiple heroes within the game that will not cross the line of killing (Batman, Superman, ect.) unlike those in the MK universe, and thus they make sure that their finishing moves do not kill. Odd, but true.
