ashley tisdale to be on lil mamas new album?

i dont know if this is true, but ashley was said to be featured on lil mamas album, voice of the young peple. its releasing in 3 weeks, but a site has the trcklist of it, even though it wasnt released. ashley confirmed she was on it, but cd universe (the site) said she wasnt. which is true
