Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe? Seriously!?

Just from the title you know it's going to be a great game. And it is an excellent game. close kombat and free fall kombat are pretty cool. Along with the things people do when they win a match and it says "So-in-so wins" and the flash runs around all that cool junk. These mistakes even make up for the fact that there aren't weapons for everybody, just Deathstroke and Baraka. But wait, there are only 22 people, and two of them are Deathstroke and Baraka? Not to mention the appearances of Kano and Darkseid. Here's another problem. MAJOR I mean MAJOR Mortal Kombat characters are not in this game like Johnny Cage and Goro. And frankly I've never heard of Deathstroke or Darkseid. If they wanted some all powerful villain for the DC Universe to merge with Shao Kahn, why not pick Doomsday? Instead of Dark Khan, you could have Shao Doom. But why are did they put minor DC villains into the game when there so many cooler major villains left out? Who wants to see a Mr. Freeze vs. Sub Zero Showdown? I do. But I could get past all of this, because I'm pretty sure they'll have downloadable characters. So I looked up this whole Downloadable character thing, and it turns out in all the forums, I'm pretty alone on this. I read specifically that people did not want Johnny Cage or Mr. Freeze. They want more minor villains that no one has ever heard of! This is a travesty!!!!!!!! your thoughts?

1. when i saw that johnny cage wasn't going to be on it, i was furious. i still haven't rented the game yet so i don't know how good it is, but to leave out johnny cage is insane. i dont know what the creators were thinking. Johnny cage is my favorite character
