Depeche Mode Tour of the Universe Live CD (Bristow, VA/D.C.)?

At the Depeche Mode shows for the Tour of the Universe, they were selling live CDs...really, you were able to pay something like $30 and sign up to receive a live audio recording of whichever show you attended. I regret that I did not do this. I attended the show in Bristow, VA (listed on the tour schedule as Washington, D.C.). Did anyone who was at that show buy the live recording of the show? I'm looking to buy a copy of it.
